holds a worldwide exclusive, fully paid, perpetual license
to DICAST® and related technologies developed by Intelligent
Optical Systems (IOS). OpTech was founded in 2001 to commercialize
all technologies owned and developed by IOS, an optics-based
research and development company located at the center of
the Southern California "Tech Coast."
